Self-confidence is the key ingredient of living a happy life. Having low self-confidence is a big contributor to depression causing someone to feel unworthy and influences how you view yourself when completing goals or trying new things. I have compiled a list of confidence boosters to increase self-confidence.

Call me crazy, but wearing a bold red lip improves my mood. Any bold lip will make your smile brighter, give you a bold look, and surely increase your confidence.

We all have problems with self-confidence at certain times in our lives. I keep a list of my favorite inspiring quotes in a notebook and whenever I feel down I will read them. Sometimes a quick boost of self-confidence can be found in a few simple words.

A great way to increase your confidence it’s listening to inspiring music. Many case studies have proven that listening to music helps stimulate the release of dopamine. The chemical dopamine gives you a feel good feeling which improves your mood.

To begin your road to achievement in the workplace is essential to always continue learning.  By continuous learning in the workplace it will give you a competitive edge and help you show off your self-confidence.

Many people place so much of their energy focusing on their problems instead of finding a solution. Stop been a complainer and find a solutions. By been optimistic it will take you a long way and help gain confidence.

11. Surround Yourself With Positive People

Surround yourself with positive people that enrich your life.  Positive individuals in your life are suppose to inspire you to be better, provide motivation, and cheer you on your success.  Positive people make you feel great because they are happy with themselves and life overall.

12. Dress To Impress

The quickest way to feel good about yourself is dressing apart. Whether we like it or not, how we dress affects how we are perceived by others.
